Why the Personal Mandate to Buy Health Insurance Is Unprecedented and Unconstitutional | The Heritage Foundation.

Are you a “Jack” that wanted this? Are a “Pac” who wanted this? READ UP! This bill doesn’t pass the constitutional acid test the Supreme Court puts every bill through. There is a reason we have the kind of checks and balances system and this is why we do it the way we do it. That way NO GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL can legally hold this country hostage economically like Barack is doing right now. I WANT MY FREEDOM BACK OR I WILL TAKE IT BACK BY FORCE DON’T DO THIS TO ME AND THE AMERICAN PEOPLE OR YOU WILL ULTIMATELY REGRET IT ONE WAY OR ANOTHER. I’m not into violence, but there might be others who are THINK ABOUT WHAT YYOU ARE DOING!
