There is a reason we have the kind of checks and balances system and this is why we do it the way we do it. That way NO GOVERNMENT OFFICIAL can legally hold this country hostage economically like Barack is doing right now. I WANT MY FREEDOM BACK OR I WILL TAKE IT BACK BY FORCE DON’T DO THIS TO ME AND THE AMERICAN PEOPLE OR YOU WILL ULTIMATELY REGRET IT ONE WAY OR ANOTHER. It’s interesting, Charlie daniels wa able to ge everything treated early on the stroke he had, but what ifthis had happened 4 years from now when the healthcare bill was in action? He might’ve died and we might’ve lost a legend in the music industry. My suggestion to all of you Jacks out there, don’t just read the helthcare bill, tnk about if you want the government involved in you’re healthcare at all. He had a choice to go to a facility where people treated him quickly and got him back on his feet quickly. We’d all love to have that kind of alternative and we won’t if this thing gets funded. Call and call and call about the healthcare bill.

Teacher Rex Roland Writes ‘Loser’ on Student’s Assignments – AOL News.

Even the early Greek philosophers would think she was nuts! You’re supposed to encourage EXCELLENCE in your students. What this teacher is doing is abuse. I dealt with this kind of thing in my first year of high school. I get the impression that we need to be careful about what our children get taught. Telling a kid they’re a “loser” is detrimental to the emotional, spiritual, and psychological development of  a kid. I’m not into political correctness, but I know what it’s like to be bullied by students and teachers alike and it’s never funny.

 These kids were gifted, maybe  most of them “got the joke” but apparently this one didn’t and it was apparently detrimental to her self-identity. Some kids acn handle it,some can’t. Be careful about how you address people in an educational setting. Calling a kid a “loser” is  not funny and it can cause all kinds of problems. Kids have a hard enoguh time relating to each other let alone an adult they barely know. I don’t care if  you’re the TEACHER OF THE YEAR- you don’t pull this one folks.

I keep going back to a movie that came out in 1985-86 called Stand and Deliver. The story is a true one about how a Bolivian immigrant (legal of course) named Jaime Escalante who was hired to tecg remedial math of all things to a bunch of Latino kids from East L.A. He was furious and decided he was going to teach them something else. One thing he said even in real life was the following: “The students will raise to the expectations of their teachers.” He’s right and if they have what it takes they will. Apparently this teacher needs to watch the movie and shut up. Even SOCRATES would find this teach er ridiculus!

Please pray for the safe LIVE RETURN of this man, he has a family, he has friends and he has co-workers who love and respect him. This man was trying to get off of the meds hewas on because the addictive nature of them but was hainga difficult time because of multiple injuries he got while on the job. His family claims something’s terribly wrong and that there are MAJOR HOLES AND INCONSISTENCIES IN THE CASE.

I suggest since this man is on a well- known cable TV program that the FBI be called immediately and something done now. Two months is too long. Yes, I’ve watched the show and what really floors me is how much like the 4 fishermen Jesus tapped these men are like. Even the coarseness you see in Peter. Please keep the family in prayer this is serious. The guy’s somebody’s dad, somebody’s brother, somebody’s friend, somebody’s co-worker, somebody’s husband- you get the idea. Opinion: Why Vets Aren’t Buying ‘The Hurt Locker’ – AOL News.

If a war film’s fiction, you can get away with what the writer talks about when he deplores the inaccuracies, but try that with a returning veteran of said war and you’re liable to get some furlowed U.S. Marine, Special Forces, Army Ranger, or even a military intelligence, possibly a member of the CIA in your face demanding their money back popcorn breath included. I wouldn’t even show this as a training movie!

People in Hollyweird don’t have any freaking idea what it’s like in the military unless they’ve had a family member involved somehow. Most of them don’t and they don’t care. This movie avoids politics, but it avoids reality too and CLAIMS it’s realistic. I would be careful wasting my money on this one. Wait for it to come out in a $1.00 rental machine and don’t support this film in the theaters. I probably wouldn’t even do  that.
